Bank & Financial Valuation in Jaipur

Questions about bank & financial valuation
What is the difference between fair market value, realisable value and distress value?
Fair market value is the price in an open market sale. Realisable value is what the bank can expect to recover in a normal sale, and distress value is the likely price in a forced or quick sale. Bank valuation reports usually state all three.
Can I appoint the valuer for my home loan?
