Statutory & Special Purpose Valuation
Many laws require a valuation by a Registered Valuer. As an IBBI Registered Valuer (Land & Building), Mahendra Singhal prepares valuation reports that meet the requirements of the Income Tax Act, the Companies Act, 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Special purpose reports are also prepared for courts, embassies, family settlements and government departments.

Who can issue a valuation report for capital gains tax?
For capital gains, the fair market value as on 1 April 2001 is normally supported by a report from a Registered Valuer. Mahendra Singhal is registered with IBBI in the Land & Building asset class.
Do you prepare valuation reports for visa applications?
Yes. Property valuation reports are prepared for visa, immigration and education loan applications, in English and in the format the embassy or bank asks for.
